Becoming a mother is such a life altering event that you will likely feel like your world is turned upside down. I believe it is important to have space to process this major identity shift and feel supported as you navigate the ups and downs of parenthood.
My goal in therapy is to help you feel seen, heard, and validated. My hope is that you leave our sessions feeling empowered with a mindset that allows you to be flexible in this season of life.
Since we may only see each other once a week or once every other week, it is important for me to help you identify the ways you can take what you learn in therapy and apply it in your life.
